1 Day Hackathon @UNIPD
Students of Physics of Data are invited to register for the fist full day live hackathon funded project: AI, Society and Teach Innovation.
The event will be held in presence on Thursday 23 September from 9.00 to 19.00
In the one-day Hackathon, students from different backgrounds will work in teams to solve real problems launched by the companies involved in challenge.
The groups will be guided by the AzzurroDigitale team through 3 phases of the Design Thinking method, named inspiration (with a focus on the company and the challenge itself), ideation (letting ideas flow with brainstorming sessions) and implementation (prototyping concrete solutions to the challenge).
Students will use soft skills such as teamwork, lateral thinking, active listening, idea generation and proactivity. Moreover, the hard skills learnt in the different academic paths will be useful to contribute to the teams’ success. It is an amazing opportunity to get in contact with companies and their real challenges and to put into practice the knowledge learnt in class. We will give priority based on the registration date through this google form. Students that attended the course on Innovation and Design Thinking will be considered first.
